Terms and Conditions:

1.   For reservation Plan2 Tour & Travel Community shall require at least 50% for booking confirmation.

2.   Remaining balance should be collect (1) one week before the date of travel..

3.   Booking in advance is highly encouraged.

4.      Payments for last minute bookings should be processed immediately.

5.      Failure to make a payment within the allowable time frame will merit cancellation of booking or reservation.

   MODES OF PAYMENT.

 Payment must be settled through cash, Company check or cash bank deposit

- If payment is to be settled through online deposit, a copy of the transmittal form must be sent to

 Plan2 Tour & Travel Community for proper monitoring and documentation of the transaction.

CANCELLATION POLICY.

The following cancellation fees will be applicable in extreme cases as reviewed and approved by  

Plan2 Tour & Travel Community:

- Cancellation requested within 7 days from travel date – No Refund

- Cancellation requested between 8-29 days from travel date – 50 % of total package charge.

- Cancellation requested as early as one month (30 days) from travel date – 20% of total package charge
